Social & Emotional Learning

Social & Emotional Learning

Our students engage in social-emotional learning in all of their classes through the mentorship of their teachers. However, we specifically set aside time for our freshmen and sophomores to engage in social-emotional learning once every two weeks. We utilize the curriculum currated by Changing Perspectives. To read about what we do, please read more about each grade in the drop-downs below.

  • The freshmen SEL curriculum focuses on the 5 pillars of CASEL’s core standards: social awareness, self-management, self-awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision making.
